Pumpkin sweet potato and chickpea stew
Za’tar spiced rice with caramelised onion
Whipped Tahini and pesto with toasted pumpkin seeds
Fermented chilli tomato and cucumber salad
Red onion and beetroot pickle
Pea onion and spinach fritters
Garlic flat bread
Sorrel and ginger tea
